The House is done and last night we listed it with a realtor. It was a long Summer Vacation of 25 months. We have learned that we are not house flippers. We learned that we do make things unique and spend too much money fixing things up. I think we may get everything out of the house that we put into it but we did the work for free. I am fine with that as in the end I just want to be done and move on to our next project.
